Vulnerability

Promote Cool Air Intake into Your Attic or Crawl Space.

Both single-family and multifamily structure use open ventilation, such as continuous soffit vents, to cool attics and crawl spaces. Without proper cool air intake, these spaces have a higher possibility to succumbing to mold, mildew, and gradually, a decomposition in structural integrity.

Continuous Soffit Vents, positioned at the upper level of a structure, play a key role in providing critical air ventilation to a structure. However, standard soffit vents cannot stop embers or flames from entering your home.

Purposefully designed and tested for both WUI and high-density housing areas, an ember-resistant continuous soffit keeps out windblown embers, flames, and high temperatures – ultimately protecting your crawl spaces and/or attic.
